Discover our history
Our success story began with the coming together of three leading companies (ES-KO, CMC – Cooperativa Muratori Cementisti and INTEGRA AES). We combined our collective insight, expertise, and worldwide experience to offer our customers the finest camp construction services. Italian by heritage and recognised for our quality and reliability, we develop and build innovative turnkey camps in remote and hostile locations around the world. We are EIC-CC.
Our mission
We aspire to be the preferred supplier for camp construction projects in remote areas to all major multinationals in the energy, military, peacekeeping, and defense sector. We are committed to providing quality products, delivered flawlessly and on time – every time. The camps we build ensure safe working conditions and we contribute to the socio economic development of the countries and communities within which we operate, by creating jobs and transferring our expertise.
Meet our leaders
Franco Zanotti
Franco has over 35 years of experience in peacekeeping, military and defence operations, and building and managing large complex projects in the most remote areas of the world. He has strong project management skills and an extensive portfolio of successful projects and contacts. In addition to EIC CC, he is also the President of the ES-KO Group.
Luca Montesi
Luca is an experienced project manager with a demonstrable track record in civil engineering. He is skilled in business planning, project management, sustainability, and urban planning. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma. In addition to EIC CC, he is the CEO of INTEGRA AES in Roma,Italy.
Luca Dal Pozzo
Luca has over 30 years of successful experience in business development in the civil engineering and electro-mechanical sectors. He has a Master’s degree in Economics and a BA from the Alma Mater Studiorum University in Bologna. In addition to EIC CC, he is also the International BD of CC.M.C. di Ravenna, Italy.
